Meet Jacqueline

Welcome- I'm Jacqueline Trcka

 

I’m a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience in both family and functional medicine, and I founded Integrative Aesthetics and Wellness because I believe you deserve more than quick fixes and surface-level answers. 

 

Early in my career, I saw how often patients struggled with skin issues, hormone imbalances, gut problems, allergies or chronic health concerns - yet left the doctor's office with only prescriptions or temporary solutions. I wanted to change that.

That's why I expanded my training into Functional Medicine and combined it with my background in hormones, allergies, dermatology, preventative health, and aesthetics. My mission is to help patients uncover the root causes of their concerns-whether it's peri-menopause, menopause, acne, eczema, psoriasis, gut dysfunction, or allergies- and create a personalized plan that restores balance from the inside out.

When I'm not caring for patients, I'm a wife and mom of three, often found gardening on my 9 acre home, hiking, or camping. My love for nature is what inspires me to take a whole-person, holistic approach to health.
